Reservations
Booking in advance is recommended. Use the online booking link to reduce call volume where possible.
Arrival
Course access is for staff, members, and guests with a booked tee time, range session, or lesson. Arrive and check in at the Golf Shop at least 25 minutes before your tee time. Check in before using practice facilities. Bring a water bottle — fill stations are in the shop and every three holes.
Check-in & pro shop
Golf Shop hours are published seasonally (typically early morning through evening). Retail entry may be available from multiple Clubhouse entrances.
Golf carts
PACE GPS (new for 2026), club & ball washers, coolers, sand/seed, divot tools, ball markers, and tees (via starter).
Practice facility
Opens before the first tee time; closes in the evening (times posted seasonally). Practice greens available.
On the course
Scorecards from the starter; on-course washrooms at 7th/11th and 15th. Birdies Refreshment at 7th and 11th tees.
Post round
Second-round bookings: see the starter on-deck after your first round for next steps; carts may wait in a designated area between rounds.
Rental clubs
Available through the Golf Shop.
Food & beverage
Thompson's To-Go at the Golf Shop and Birdies on course. Thompson's Terrace overlooks the 1st tee and putting green.
Weather
Lightning: If you arrived by car, park carts behind your vehicle and wait in your car. Walk/bike guests shelter in the clubhouse area.
Frost delay: Guests are contacted promptly with updated tee times.
